Accommodation for Students 🏫
A limited number of shared rooms are available in campus hostels or nearby residences at affordable rates (₹200-650/day). Transportation will be provided for pick-up and drop-off for participants staying off-campus. If you wish to reserve a hostel room, please indicate this in the registration form, and we will get back to interested students. Please note that availability is limited, and requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Accommodation details have been shared with all interested students who registered by the early registration deadline. We regret to inform you that no further requests for student housing can be accommodated.
Hotels 🏨
We have blocked a number of rooms in nearby hotels at special rates for conference participants. Please note that availability is limited, and participants are encouraged to book as early as possible.
You may book accommodation at the special rates even before completing your event registration. However, as availability is limited, you must complete your registration before the regular registration deadline to avoid cancellation of your booking.
When contacting the hotel, please mention that you are attending a conference at BITS Pilani, Goa Campus in order to avail the special rates. For any queries (including delays in responses from the hotel), please feel free to contact us at fsttcs2025@goa.bits-pilani.ac.in.
