Visa
All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa from an Indian Mission/Post or eVisa (Limited Categories) from Bureau of Immigration, Ministry of Home Affairs.
We recommend that all participants requiring a visa to travel to India apply for a Conference visa. If an individual who is not attending the conference plans to accompany you, they will likely need an Indian Tourist visa.

Visa Application Process
If you plan to apply for a Conference Visa, you will need an approval from the Ministry of External Affairs / Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, to upload along with your visa application.
The conference organizers are required to obtain this approval on your behalf. To facilitate this process, please fill out the Passport Details Form at the earliest, and no later than October 25, 2025.
Once the approval is obtained, the conference organizers will email a copy of the approval document to you.
Invitation Letter
Participants who require a Letter of Invitation for visa applications or other official purposes are requested to complete this Request for Letter of Invitation Form. A soft copy of the invitation letter will be sent to the participant via email. Please note that letters of invitation will be issued only to registered participants.
