- The country category is determined based on the author’s affiliation.
- By non-student, we mean faculty, post-docs and researchers working at academic institutions.
- A Developed country is a high income country as defined in the World Bank Classification 2022. Any country that is not classified as a high Income country as defined in the World Bank Classification 2022 is treated as a developing country in our context.
Conference Registration
- Each accepted paper must have at least one non-student (or industry) registration in the author’s country category (developing or developed) to be included in the proceedings.
- This applies even if all authors are students: one student must register as a non-student in the appropriate category.
- 📌 If the presenting author is a student:
- Any co-author may complete the non-student registration.
- Only one student presenting author may present the paper and attend the conference without registering separately.
- All other co-authors must register in the appropriate category if they wish to attend.
- The conference registration covers lunch and two tea breaks on each day for all the three days of the conference, and a banquet dinner.
